Sometimes, I have to wonder what was going through their head when they did this. And by “they” I mean the people behind AssoBar. AssoBar? Really? The irony or at least the entertainment value of this is hard to miss. It’s like the people who name their child Harry or Dick, when their last name just happens to be Butt. Those people must really hate their children. But whoever made AssoBar, was it meant to be a joke? It’s certainly an attention getter.
What Consumers Have to Say
Surprisingly, I don’t hear that many jokes about the name from consumers who have actually tried AssoBar. I get plenty of comments from people who are thinking about it. But this 24k gold bar of soap (which you would think would be ridiculously expensive), is surprisingly affordable and for that reason, I have a pretty wide pool of customers to choose from.
The main thing I hear about from consumers is the pure luxury of it. Everybody likes the idea of having pure gold in a simple bar of soap, especially for $24! Nobody really pays attention to the other ingredients. But no matter the formula, I hear that skin is brighter, skin is acne free, and skin is actually softer after using AssoBar.
Professionally speaking, I have been told that obviously AssoBar is cheap. But it’s cheaper than most would think even at $24, because most find that a single bar is delivered quickly (you can order more at one time), and a single bar can last up to 3-4 months in the shower for whole body acne or skin treatment.
What If I Don’t Have Acne?
Let’s say theoretically that you don’t have acne anymore, you’ve grown out of it. Or maybe you just have the occasional small breakout. If that’s the case, AssoBar can still help you. 24k gold in case you haven’t heard, is a powerful antioxidant. It can eliminate free radicals and therefore stave off premature aging and other problems. But it is also known for its ability to produce more collagen. Who would’ve figured from an antioxidant of any kind.
Conclusion
AssoBar is a serious skin treatment that is capable of more than just acne fighting. And regardless of your skin type, 24k gold has a number of clinically proven benefits, an at the very least, there’s no harm I can think of in the right antioxidant.
